Chandler 0.3

February 26, 2004

Today OSAF released Chandler 0.3. A lot of work has gone on under the hood between 0.2 and 0.3. We’ve made a number of improvements in the agents, repository, and CPIA. This is a developer milestone, so if you are interested in working on Chandler this is for you. If my parents are reading this: this build isn’t for you.

New Music

February 26, 2004

I picked up a few new albums today. Norah Jones’ new album Feels Like Home, Five For Fighting’s new album The Battle For Everything, and newcomer Nellie Mckay’s album Get Away From Me. Nellie Mckay’s album is pretty interesting and I’d recommend checking it out. Her album is two discs, although neither disc is much longer than 30 minutes, so why they wanted two doesn’t make a lot of sense to me. I haven’t had much time to listen to Norah Jones’ new album, but I love her voice so and the stuff I have heard sounds pretty good so I’m sure it will grow on me. I haven’t had much time to listen to Five For Fighting’s new album either, but the songs I have heard seem good. Need to listen to all the albums a few dozen more times before I’ll be sure about them, but I suspect I’ll end up liking them all a lot.
