I’ve heard from the Phoenix developers that the new name is going to be Surfzilla. Personally, I think this name sucks, but it isn’t really my decision. Blake and Ben told me they would likely announce it tonight or tomorrow. After letting me know of the name change, Ben references it in his post on MozillaZine.
update: Blake has made a humerous reference to it on his blog.
